Samsung Product Registration with support systems is so disconnected
Oen system does not talk to other. And I have to keep telling the customer support that I registered, it shows up on my profile and all the dates are all over the place. It auto-selects till when the warranty is even after asking me to choose a date of purchase. This happens with all the products. Not just one. I have products all the way from phones, tablets, TVs, washer/dryer/microwave and more.
