We recently purchased (like two months ago) this refrigerator. It has a slow coolant leak we were unaware of and has since quit completely.  Samsung was going to fix it but changed their mind and decided to "refund" us our purchase price. Which was well below what our original cost was.  WE have been battling with them for the last four weeks.  Yes we have been without a refrigerator for four weeks. 

Would it be worth repairing?  

Does anyone have any ideas on how we can get this resolved?  We  have tried every avenue with the company and still nothing.  The customer care has been ridiculously absent.

OMG,

I purchased mine in January this year and it’s not cooling or freezing. I have a service ticket open for next week. I’m praying they fix my fridge. We wanted this Family Hub unit very much and I cannot believe what I’m experiencing or hearing about the quality of the unit!
