Samsung RS25J500D

This refrigerator is the worse. We haven't had it quite a year and it makes a loud knocking noise. The ice maker has stopped making ice. Its barely getting cold. We opened up the freezer and it has a huge build up of ice around the ice maker. No one in Lowes knows what's going on. We searched the internet and found out there's a class action lawsuit that was established in 2017 about these defective Samsung refrigerators.  If I would have known then what I know now, I would have kept my Whirlpool Gold!!! I am very unsatisfied! Samsung why would you continue to sell defective refrigerators to consumers when you know there are issues with them? I'm  highly disappointed!!!!
