We have a Samsung Range model nx58j7750ss, and the knobs are metal on the outside yet cheap plastic on the inside. Sadly the weight of the knob and heat from the stove is causing the knbs to break one by one. I have called before and they told me to buy them and now told me that the warranty has expired not telling me last time that they were covered under warranty back in April. Now that they say the warranty covered it then turn around and say it's not after we flip out about it. Charging $60 for this cheap knob is ridiculous and you should be ashamed after the price we pay for the product itself. So $300 for knobs on a $1400 stove. Thanks so much for the quality and customer care.
