Bought Model #NX58M6850SG Split oven/Gas Range in September 2019. On January 3, 2020 I tried to use the self-clean and it wouldn't work. Had to replace the bracket motor & fan. In September of 2020 the Control Panel broke. Had that replaces. In April of 2021 the oven igniter broke and had to be replaced. In July 2021 the igniter broker again and the control started acting up. Had to replace AGAIN.
Good thing I bought the extended warranty from the dealer.
Asked for some kind of resolution from Samsung and was told "WE are sorry but at this moment there are not accommodations available to provide in your case. Your comments & inconvenience as mentioned to the agent, have been properly annotated in your account".
THANKS FOR NOTHING, SAMSUNG!!!
