Ordering from Samsung has been one problem after another. First, they sent out people to deliver the appliances that couldn't install. Then the "install" guys that they finally sent didn't do the dishwasher correctly. I ended up installing the new microwave and it hasn't worked since day 1. There is no heat. I have submitted for warranty repair. They ordered parts and came back out. Turns out this microwave is not repairable. So now I have to fight for a replacement of a microwave the has NEVER worked.
It's been impossible to get in touch with anyone. I do calls and chats and get disconnected every time.
