You can try a soft reset, it depends on your setup, it would require you to unplug the fridge for 5 minutes, if that is not possible you would need to turn off the breaker. If that doesn't work, then there is the 2nd thing to try factory reset.

Mine is crashing also, but worst is that I can't connect to my Bose speaker via Bluetooth anymore. Second after update I lost my Bose speaker icon from "settings/connections/Bluetooth" screen on my family hub. I noticed that on my cellphone Bose app paired devices "Family Hub" icon still exist, so when I clicked I could enjoy my Bose speaker playing from my Family Hub apps. I decided to repair issue by deleting all and re-paired again. But unfortunately now my Family Hb doesn't see my Bose speaker at all.

Kitchen and Family HubI hate it. Ruined my fridge (okay, slight exaggeration, butโฆ). I canโt stand the hard, stressed out womanโs voice โDoor Openedโ. Give me back the subtle, soothing chime. I donโt need another robotic voice in my household!!!

U have a Samsung RF22R7551SG/aa I've checked everything possible it will not update software, and will not connect to family hub, can someone please help
