I updated to the latest software on my Smart fridge and it's so buggy apps keep crashing and I can't go on settings it gives me a black screen does anyone have this issue?
You can try a soft reset, it depends on your setup, it would require you to unplug the fridge for 5 minutes, if that is not possible you would need to turn off the breaker. If that doesn't work, then there is the 2nd thing to try factory reset.
Mine is crashing also, but worst is that I can't connect to my Bose speaker via Bluetooth anymore. Second after update I lost my Bose speaker icon from "settings/connections/Bluetooth" screen on my family hub. I noticed that on my cellphone Bose app paired devices "Family Hub" icon still exist, so when I clicked I could enjoy my Bose speaker playing from my Family Hub apps. I decided to repair issue by deleting all and re-paired again. But unfortunately now my Family Hb doesn't see my Bose speaker at all.
I'm in the same boat. I opened a ticket with Samsung and they couldnt figure it out. Since it's only 6 months old they sent a tech out to replace the screen. After the screen was replaced and software updated, same thing. I had out kitchen surround sound connected via Bluetooth to the fridge for music, which we use all the time actually. I've tried everything, with two different panels now . It's gotta be related to the firmware update. Was hoping the tech could manually update or fix the Bluetooth feature but seems unlikely. Going to call them again tomorrow to complain.
I hate it. Ruined my fridge (okay, slight exaggeration, but…). I can’t stand the hard, stressed out woman’s voice “Door Opened”. Give me back the subtle, soothing chime. I don’t need another robotic voice in my household!!!
If anyone is on the current firmware and has Bluetooth working, please let me know. Wondering if it's a firmware issue or a glitch with select devices.
