purchased a samsung gas range model #NX60A6511SG/AA about 3 years ago (out of warranty), and the oven stopped working. diagnosis says it’s the control board part #DG94-04041B. ordered part on 4/3/25 through samsung parts, credit card was charged appropriately $250 that day, on 5/6/25 still no part. parts order department says no ETA available. it appears that samsung has NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, only a parts department and a technical support department that cannot provide me any help as to when the part may be back in stock. I am wondering if anyone can provide a phone or email to contact samsung and i am curious as to the reasons why this part is out of stock ?
