This particular model recently completely died after just a little over 2 years. I know the warranty is only good for 1 year and having someone come out and fix this is basically the equivalent of buying a new one. We were told it would cost us over $100 not including parts. This is by no means a cheap model and I’m seeing complaints in regards to this model all over the internet. Everyone is saying the same thing, it works fine and then stops working after 2 years. I find it unacceptable seeing that there are this many complaints out there and Samsung is doing nothing about it. We have almost all of our appliances through Samsung including our TV’s as well. I would really like some sort of refund, it’s definitely going to make us think twice before purchasing Samsung products in the future.
