My Samsung has oven NX58H9500WS is not heating as well. I had the same issue when the oven was 1 week old. Had to be replaced completely. Now the oven is 3 years old and out of warranty. I would never buy another Samsung product for the rest of my life.
Given that there are 19 pages of discussion surrounding this issues, I thought I'd pick up this thread. SHAME SHAME SHAME Samsung!!!!! We started to have some minor issues with the oven a few weeks ago and thought it was the breaker. Now it just won't hear and it's Valentine's Day. Thanks for ruining it for me, Samsung. No chocolate soufflés tonight. How exactly do you plan on fixing this? Beyond disappointed and disgusted.
We are having the same problem as other people on the board! Model #NX58H5600SS purchased on Nov 5, 2017. So that means we had the oven for 2 years, 3 months, 10 days before it stopped working. SO FRUSTRATED! Stovetop works fine but the oven won't heat!!

I jumped on this discussion board after getting absolutely no where with Samsung phone customer service only to find TWENTY PAGES Of people with the same issue! If that's not blaring evidence of faulty parts/manufacturer defect I don't know what is. I've had my oven less than three years- used it last night to bake a galette and went to heat up breakfast this morning but nothing happened. No heat and no info on how to fix it when I called Samsung. I can't even describe how disappointed I am. Prior to getting this range we had a THIRTY YEAR OLD range that was still functioning with the only issue being temperature control and now this one does after less than three years?? Wishing I had kept the 30 year old range... which is really saying something. Samsung - y'all have GOT to do something about this clearly widespread issue - it's not a one off problem. I'm now here (during a pandemic with a "shelter in place" mandate) without a functioning oven and zero resolution. @SamsungLarry
