I have had the same issue. Purchases this stove less than 2 yrs ago. In the first 6 months is when this started. I have a Samsung side by side and trusted the Brand and bought this stove. Big Mistake. Here we are Easter 2019 and the oven has been in the preheat mode for 50 minutes. NOT a HAPPY Easter. Pls do something Samsung.
Everything I bought from Samsung broke. This is the last time I EVER buy anything Samsung again in my life . I spent nearly 8 grand on all new Samsung appliances. Thank GOD I spent money for the extended warranty.
Washing machine - Recall because the spindle was coming off. I had to buy a new one and get refunded.
Refrigerator - icemaker went out and had 4 service calls. They finally replaced the entire icemaker .
Microwave - Bad panel replaced and still bad. Hits 7 on the keypad randomly. They are going to replace the entire unit. I am switching this over to LG.
Dryer - stopped drying. Was replaced.
Dishwasher - won't run a full cycle without shutting off. Was replaced.
Oven - won't heat at all as of today 4/22/2019. I need to place a service call tomorrow .
I have the same problem. The stovetop is working fine, but the oven has completely stopped working. The display just reads 150 with a blinking light forever. I'm particualry infuriated to learn on this message board that so many other people are having this same problem. How is this acceptable. Now we are sitting here with a month-old baby and no way to heat up all the food friends have frozen for us. Very disappointed with Samsung.
Purchased six items in Nov 16: double gas oven, microwave, french double door ice maker, washer/dryer, dishwasher.
The double oven top compartment has heating issues. The display says one temp while the inside is 200 degrees less than what it should be. Bottom oven works fine.
The dishwasher was giving error codes within months of install. Service member came out and fixed it, but the soap dispenser fails to open thus rendering the cycle useless.
The ice maker iced over and had to do a Forced Defrost to get it back working yesterday.
I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with these applicances. Invested $5000 in your products and the level of effeciency is below par. I could have gone with a lesser known name brand and gotten the same if not better effeciency. Might be the last time I purchase Samsung.
same thing here.. got this electric stove 06/2016 while we was remodeling our home. we didnt have it installed til nov 2016 and the oven stop working. i always purchase samsung products, but now i dont know . i would like to know how to find out whats wrong with my electric range. i did find a serial number bu i cant find the model number on it help please and thank you
