We bought this fridge/freezer approx 6 years ago. I recently noticed things like ice cream were always soft, even though the freezer setpoint was set to 0°F, and the temp displayed on the door was the same. Yesterday it warmed up to 44°F in the freezer, and the refridgerator was fine at 34°F. I vacuum off the rear/side air inlets on regular occasion. They appear clean now.

Any common causes for a warm freezer, with normal fridge temps?

Update:We've decided to cut our losses with this fridge. We've never been impressed with it's performance. The ice maker/dispenser had issues within the first year, and now major cooling problems. Time to try something else.
