Samsung wall oven C-A2 code

I have a Samsung kitchen.  The double wall oven microwave is the center piece.  A few months ago  (actually before new years dinner) it stopped working and provides the error code C-A2.  
I looked it up and other have had success replacing the fan unit and the timing sensor.  
I did that tonight and it didn’t resolve the issue.  
im at a loss.  I saw one video where the connectors were burnt on the control panel,  but all that looks fine.

what is the next step in troubleshooting this?

You would need to contact Samsung Support and have a service ticket issued to have a repair tech check out what could be wrong and repair it
