I purchased an 8511SS gas range two months ago from Best Buy. Last week, after using the oven and while it was cooling, the inside glass of the oven door shattered spontaneously. A Samsung tech just left my house and advised me that the glass is not covered under warranty. I was speechless. This can't be the case. A little help please???
