Shoddy service. Dishwasher broken; No replacement parts

Dishwasher broken. The front panel that controls the operations of the dishwasher does not work. The technician told me that the front panel needs to replaced but Samsung does not make them anymore. The dishwasher is 2013 model. Now I have to replace the entire dishwasher. The technical support team does not know what they are doing. I called the company four times. Each time they tell me a different story. Even the technician told me never to buy Samsung. They really don't care about customers.  They only care about their bottom line. In  my home I have two dishwashers, One high edge fridge and 65 inch tv. This is the last time I am buying anything from Samsung.   I am completely disgusted with the company. The tech support is the worst I have seen over the years.
