For the last 6 months I have been going back and forth trying to get a resolve on a promotion for a free Smart Things Hub with purchase and registration of a Family Hub refrigerator. I have talked to numerous people at the call centers from support and promotions departments. My issue has also been sent to Tier III department. Teir III said I need to contact Samsung E commerce. I have now been declined by ALL departments for the "supposedly free" Smart things Hub. I made this purchase at Home Depot and received paperwork saying to register at Samsung.com, That was done. Promotions said it needed to pe registered at Samsung/promotions. Are they not one in the same. Sorry Samsung YOU HAVE FAILED. A simple situation with a simple cure. SEND MY SMART THINGS HUB. Its not about the thing anymore, It's all about the principal and how you treat a consumer.
