I started getting this error in the Family Hub app:
Before using this app, connect your Samsung account <email_address> with a user profile on the Family Hub fridge.
Please note I had already connected the mail with the profile and had been using the app for a month or so. It suddently started showng this error and the only way to fix it was to do a factory reset on the fridge, but I lost all my data. I did this yesterday and fixed it, today I am getting the same error. How can I fix this without a factory reset??
I'm getting the same error. It's incredibly frustrating. And yes, my software is up to date and I've logged out and logged back in. My house is smart from top to bottom. The dumbest appliance right now is this "bleeding edge" fridge.
Persistance pays off. Swat this bug by repeatedly closing the app (ios here) and trying again. Sure, it sounds like the definition of insanity, but it eventually worked.
