Hi. I purchased and installed my DW80K7050UG Stormwash on 7/7/19.
Last night it would not turn on. I have checked the power source and every possible connection.
Since it’s brand new, and only used on weekends, there is no reason an expensive new appliance shouldn’t work. Would you be able to either arrange a swap out of the appliance or to send a technician to replace whatever faulty parts I have?
i was happy with it until last night. Now I’m very annoyed and very inconvenienced.

When I get the ticket number emailed to me I will post it. So far I don’t have any confirmation other than my phone call with samsung.
