I have had my Samsung RF28NHEDBSG refrigerator since January 2019 and the touch screen Software has had no issues until the TV Plus app was added. Now when the Built in screen is rebooted (via the red button) the touch screen Software works for 3-5 minuets then the touch screen Software stops responding when the TV Plus app starts running. Alexa continues to work so I can do some things by voice.
IS there a way to uninstall the TV plus app so my touch screen Software will go back to working normally?
