I have decided to throw away my $3000 Samsung dual fuel range. It's 3 years old and only gently used. I have had problems with it and now there is a terrible burning plastic smell that happens whenever I turn on the oven. It started by blowing my electric meter and they attempted to repair it and now the smell is even worse. Samsung repair has been here multiple times and cannot find the problem. But the technician advised me not to use it for fear of fire. The last ticket number was<<<Hidden Ticket Number>>>, but I have at least 4 other tickets The Samsung PHONE rep insists that the smell is food but it's not (and of course he can't smell it). I haven't had use of my oven since June and it is now October. When I remodeled my kitchen I bought all Samsung high end appliances. I will never buy another Samsung product, primarily because their service is terrible and they don't seem to care.
