The family hub touch screen on my refrigerator is unresponsive to my selections. It's been this way for about a week now. I have unplugged it, turned the red switch on and off several times. I've even called the held desk for assistance and all they did was tell me to unplug it for two mins and toggle the red switch - then they said it's out of warranty and there would be a fee for them to send someone out to check it out. My screen was stuck on the Software update notification screen so I disconnected my WiFi and although the notification went away. The HUb remains unresponsive. Has anyone encountered this issue and was able to resolve.
