WiFi worked fine up thru the most recent software update to the version shown below. Now it switches off after a few minutes. Turning on WiFi function resestablishes connection but it switches off again. Reproduces every time. I see this software update seems to be a major version update (4.0) so am hoping there is a maintenance release that fixes this soon from the software developers. Please escalate this to them. All mitigations suggested in other threads (forget network, factory reset, reset via switch under cover at top of door) do not work.

Thanks, the troubleshooting didn't help. I've determined that the refirgerator, specifically the firmware, is the issue. Since I presume I can't request firmware patches thru https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ I'll just wait and hope for firmware bug fixes.
Having the EXACT same issue with ours, and I found dozens of people online complaining of the EXACT same issue on the last update.
Samsung is VERY naive (and I'm being nice here) if they think that the consumer that bought this fridge is technologically unsavy that they can just blame on the ISP.

I have tried factory reset, I've tried switching my wifi to 2.4ghz mode only, I've tried switching my router to stick to a single channel, I've tried removing the fridge from my samsung account.... nothing works.,
Ever since this last update, the WIFI just randomly disconnects.
