Won't be buying another Samsung product again

Bought a Samsung microwave (ME21M70BAG) 400.00 dollars and 1 year and a month it stops heating. Samsung customer service is a nightmare to go through and they are not going to warrenty it becase its past the 1 year warrenty.  I get that its past the warrenty but a 400.00 dollar microwave should last longer than a year and a month. We were thinking about buying a fridge but not anymore . At least the lesson of this only cost 400.00 and not 4k. I'll be taking my business to LG and also not recommending Samsung to family and friends!

Samsung is getting so ahead of itself it's leaving its customers behind especially with the products

You are not alone. My dryer broke at 15 months old. They agreed to cover the repair cost of parts and labor. Then, they told me after the fact that there was no certified repair provider for Samsung in my area. What a joke. They are the worst ever.
