microwave start button light is out and can't start microwave - NQ70M6650DG/AA

Just purchased and installed this microwave wall oven combo and in 3 days the microwave start button just disappeared and would not light up.   Consequently I cannot start the microwave at all since the start button is no longer lit.   Oven works fine.   Could this be my board gone bad?

Yes... Best Buy.   Installed 2 weeks ago and was working just fine initially until yesterday.

I suggest getting in contact with Best Buy as there could have been something missed in the installation of the unit.
