range clock numbers not displaying fully

My ne59j7850wg/aa range digital clock isn't displaying the numbers fully. Some of the numbers are incomplete.  What part is needed to fix this?

Yes, that is correct regrettably you will have to contact our parts department J&J international at 1-800-627-4368 to purchase the service manual or visit their online website- samsungparts.com, to purchase and download the electronic version of the manual.

Then why would you tell me to download the service manual????
