One reply from Samsung said they were fixing this and to go to website for private message. No way to directly contact Samsung privately here. Probably out of warranty (range included in purchase of home 9 months ago). So do we wait for the fire and then sue for replacement of home, contents, and medical bills or loss of life? Or will Samsung replace the range at their expense?
