I recently purchased a new Samsung refrigerator that has the pitcher in the door.  model #WD85K6410OW/NZ. Sometimes the pitcher fills and sometimes it doesn't.  We've tried opening and closing the door, taking the pitcher out and putting it back again. Taking the pitcher apart and putting it back together. But nothing seems to make a difference. We can't seem to figure out why it sometimes fills fine and other times we can't get it to fill.  Does anyone know?

Oh gosh! That does sound super frustrating 😕 For the auto-fill feature, there might be a sensor or something of that nature that wasn't hooked up properly and maybe that's why it's not working right. 2 questions though: was the fridge purchased in the US and what is the model code? If the fridge was purchased outside the US, you would need to reach out Samsung in your area for further assistance, and the model code you've provided is actually for a washer.
