Freezer stopped cooling a couple of months ago. Temperature would read 0 but was not cold. After unplugging and replugging in unit, it would read actual temperature of 50-60F. Food spoiled. A couple of months later, the refrigerator abruptly stopped cooling. All food in refrigerator now spoiled. Coils are clean, and compressor appears to be vibrating and is warm to the touch. No error codes...our refrigerator, model RF28K9380SG, is less than 3 years old...smh. Had to scrounge through old files to find the receipt and properly register the unit on Samsung's website because Lowes (supposedly) doesn't keep records beyond a year. Have now registered it on Samsung website, but have to wait 2-3 days for a reply by e-mail for my request for service? Needless to say, I am not a happy customer.
