Ice maker in freezer not making ice cubes, only drops crushed ice. How do I fix this, I tried to change water filter and didnt work

There are a few things we can try to get this ice maker back up and running for you. 

• Was the filter a Samsung brand filter? Was it purchased directly from Samsung?
  • If not, I recommend returning the filter is purchasing a Samsung brand filter.
• Verify that there is no frost in the freezer or around the bucket. If so, take a look at the link below.

• Reset the ice maker. (see image below)
