after upgrading my refrigerator family hub to tizen 6.0 it has started to freeze and reboot. A technician from Samsung Chile came to check my refrigerator and told me that I should change the screen and the pbc card, which seems absurd to me because it is a software problem. I would like to know if there is a procedure to downgrade a tizen version. What disappoints me most about Samsung's technical service and the brand. that now I have to pay for solutions that are not the most appropriate due to a fault that the same manufacturer produced with its operating system updates.
Are you talking about the computer on your refrigerator? I am all for technology but no one needs to waste time and money worrying about how cold your food is. Return it and get a simple fridge.
