Hi, we recently bought a new Samsung MC32DB7746KC for our partially sighted sister, we chose this microwave directly from advertising saying it could be controlled by alexa.
I have downloaded the smart things app to her ipad and added the microwave, smart things says it is connected to smart things, her wifi and the cloud. We can send a recipe to the microwave from smart things so it's connected.
I have added the microwave to alexa and enabled the skill to connect to smart things, alexa says it is ready and suggests saying "alexa, microwave for 2 minutes on high" but when you ask that alexa just says she having trouble and to try again later. I have pressed and held the smart button for 3 seconds and got AP on the screen so as far as I can see I've done everything but it doesn't work.
