I purchased a Samsung Bespoke Induction Range 14 months ago and the interior oven coating is peeling off and smoking when in use. As the warranty only covers 12 months, Samsung has told me this is a cosmetic issue and will not cover it. It is infuryating that a 14 month old oven is no longer usable due to defective coating! I have only used it according to their guidelines, using a wet dishtowel to wipe it and not putting anything on the bottom of the oven. I have seen other people complaining about this issue online and don't understand how Samsung can say that oven coating peeling and smoking when in use is acceptable for their product. I wish I knew this before I purchased it!
