We have had this oven for about 6 months. A few weeks ago, out of the blue, the convection oven door says it is open, when it is not. This only happens on the convection setting after it has been cooking for about 10 minutes. Pushing hard will get it to continue cooking for a few seconds or a minute and then it happens again. When it cools off it works with the microwave setting.
Samsung has come out and says the frame is bent, which voids the warranty since it is past the 15 day mark. I am beyond frustrated with this. Does anyone have similar experience and know how to fix or what to tell Samsung to get them to fix it??
I don't know much cause I don't have a Samsung appliance but if you have Samsung care/Samsung care+ you can get it fixed. Alternatively, if you use My Rewards on the Samsung store and have the VIP advantage rank then you get 2 years of Samsung care and maybe if you have a Samsung phone your carrier gave you Samsung care with it for a deal.
Hi. Thank you so much for responding. Samsung care plus doesn't kick in until next year as it is still covered by the warranty and does not cover physical damage either. I was bounced back and forth between Samsung and Samsung care plus for several hours until i figured all this out.
