Bespoke fridge and Samsung Care+ doesnโ€™t add up

I spent thousands on a Bespoke fridge 2 years ago and added Care+. Now that it stopped working I have spent weeks calling multiple departments and everyone just says they canโ€™t help me. What is the purpose of going with this company if that is the service you get. I guess after they have your money it doesnโ€™t matter that they push you aside to make room for the new customers.

Curious does Samsung care cover more then 2 years? Also I'm looking into there appliances what exactly are you having issues with
