KitchenI have the Bespoke fridge model rs28cb7600ql
The ice bites cube maker is leaking water into the ice cube holding tray, turning it all into one giant iceberg that could repopulate the arctic.
How do I remove the ice cube assembly so this can be repaired?

Hello and Welcome to the Community, Kimmers70! Finding water leaking into the Ice Bites ice bin is concerning, and we want to help you get this resolved.
Here are a few things we'd recommend checking:
1) Leveling: Please make sure that the front feet of the fridge are lowered down to the floor and that the fridge is level left to right.
2) When the frozen ice is removed from the bin, does the ice bites bucket fill right back up with water that then freezes (whether or not ice cubes also dispense)?
3) If it looks like your ice bucket is turning into an ice-skating rink the size of your ice bucket again, then we need to get service set up.
Please snap a couple pictures showing what's happening just in case, and if you see the water actively dripping into the ice bucket, please record a brief video to show the tech.
To stop the water leak while you wait for service, we would recommend turning off just ice bites to see if it stops the water leak, and progressing to turning off both ice makers, and if it's still dripping into the ice makers, you may need to turn the water off at the house water supply behind the fridge.
