The power cycle is what I did and it started cooling again. I put it in power cool. Mt thermometer this morning reads 2ยฐ while the screen sats -8ยฐ. We had to set it to the lowest setting to get frozen ice cubes..I also contacted support. Thank you for responding. Have a great day.
