KitchenMy NE59T4311SS/AA sends a tone when it reaches set Temperature before it actually reaches the set temperature. Oven keeps heating and will eventually get to temperature but it is long after the oven sends a sound that it s at temperature

Hey, Lorel81! Thanks for bringing this concern to our attention. I know this has to be frustrating, getting oven signals itโs ready before it actually reaches the desired temperature. This is often caused by a drifting temperature sensor or the need for a simple thermostat calibration. Follow the directions, Diaboyos. You can find more details on calibration here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10006905/
Or just use the details Lorel81 provided, like the guide below.
1. Press and hold Options for 3 seconds.
2. Press 1 on the number pad to enter Temperature Adjust.
3. Press the Clock (or gear icon) to toggle between a positive (+) or negative (-) adjustment.
4. Enter the amount you want to adjust (e.g., if it's 15 degrees too cold, enter 15).
5. Press START/SET to save.
If this does not help, we recommend getting a repair technician's opinion. They can check the sensor and replace it. If you would like us to look further into this. Just send a private message to the link here: {Send a Message}

KitchenFirst quick checks: Make sure the oven's empty with just one rack in the middle. Set it to 350ยฐF and time how long till it beepsโshould be under 20 minutes normally. Don't peek inside.
Check your heating elements (bake on bottom, broil on top) for breaks or burn spots. The broil one helps with preheat on bake mode sometimes.
Most likely fix is the temperature sensor. It's cheap (around $20-40, part DG32-00002B or similar for your model) and easy to swap.
Unplug the range, remove the old one (two screws inside the oven), pull the connector out back, plug in the new one, and screw it in. Test with a multimeter if you canโroom temp should read about 1080 ohms.
After replacing, you can calibrate the oven in the settings menu (look for "Thermostat Adjustment" or hold certain buttons like Broil + 1 till it shows ADJ 0). You can tweak it up to ยฑ35ยฐF to fine-tune based on how your food actually cooks.
Samsung's official guide walks you through it. If that doesn't nail it, could be a wonky control board or wiring, but start with the sensorโfixes it for a lot of folks without calling a tech. Grab the part from a site like RepairClinic or Amazon, watch a quick YouTube on "Samsung oven temperature sensor replacement" for your exact model. Should get you baking right again without much hassle.

KitchenThat sounds like the oven temperature sensor or calibration might be slightly off. Some ovens beep a little early because they detect rising heat before the full temperature is actually stabilized, but if the difference is large then it could need recalibration or a sensor check.
Might also be worth testing with an external oven thermometer to compare the real temperature. Issues like this can also affect overall electric usage since the oven keeps heating longer than expected. https://kelectricduplicatebill.pk/
