The family Hub isn't working at all. Pictures say they upload but don't. Are they even working on family Hub. Ever since it's been added to smart things it's been way worse.

KitchenHi there! I can certainly see how that would be frustrating. I recommend reaching out to our SmartThings team by calling 1-866-813-2404. They'll be able to walk you through uploading the pictures, as well as troubleshoot any issues that may occur.
