You can send me or any of the other mods a private message with the fridge's full model code and serial number, so we can get that set up for you or you can use the following link to locate a service center near you.

KitchenHi, i tried the reset and other items from the links, but the ice is still wet and then freezes in the bucket bottom, and blocks the ice **bleep**
