KitchenWe have had this fridge for less than 3 years and have spent nearly as much getting it fixed as the cost of the fridge. Now on our third ice maker. The first time we used a Samsung repairman but due to the high cost, the second and third fixes were done by a LICENSED local repairman using Samsung parts. It is now broken for a third time (no cubes just a frozen block of ice). I tried calling Samsung hoping that they would take responsibility for a defective product. They said that that they are not responsible since we did not use a Samsung repairman for the second and third repairs. Just wanted to let others know that we are not the only ones and you will have problems with the ice make so if you don't use their repair service at a ridiculously high price, they will not even consider helping with this defective design. I am very disappointed in their response.
