repair tech came out to fix door latch that wont allow microwave to turn on when opening door. He didnโt replace it and it still turns on when opening the door.
Customer service will not send a second tech out, and this is very poor warranty service.
Now microwave will not heat up and I canโt get through on line to schedule an appointment.
