I have Samsung refrigerator that is 20 months old. found pieces of a refrigerator plastic door close support laying in ther freezer compartment. Contacted Samsung and was told 20 months is out of warranty and the charged me for the item and shipment to replace. this part is not under stress and should never have to be replaced. the part weighs about 1 oz and 1 1/2 square they charged me $16.95 for the part and $13.66 for shipment. thisis absolutely ridiculous and shows Samsung cares less about a regular customer. makes me belive it is no longer reasonable to consider buying any Samsung Product
