RS25H5111SG in-door icemaker non-functional

New side-by-side in-door icemaker is totally non-functional. Pressing TEST BUTTON does nothing no matter how long button is depressed, no chime, no cycling, no water. No water has been added to ice tray since power ON.

I am sorry to hear that you are having this experience with your fridge.  We definitely need to try some troubleshooting steps so we can try to isolate the issue better. I have attached some troubleshooting links below for your issue.  Please inform me of the outcome.  

  1. When was the unit installed?
    • Was it professionally installed?
  2. Is there any error codes displayed?
  3. Is the Child Lock/Control Lock/Dispenser Lock activated?
