I replaced my water filter. The instructions say to run 3 gallons through the filter to flush out loose carbon. However my fridge is ice only, and now my ice is black. How am I supposed to flush it, detach a hose from the back?
That doesn't sound good at all! I would actually recommend service as this isn't supposed to happen. Please send a private message to any of the mods here with the full model and serial number of the fridge.
