Samsung AI Hub Bespoke Fridge Major Design Flaw needs to be addressed

The right fridge door with the AI Family Hub / monitor has a SERIOUS Design Flaw that is going to Fail Again! The wires were chewed up, frayed, ground down from the movement of the door opening and closing. These are inside the wire harness tube that goes down the side of the door and should Not be binding, grinding, wearing aggressively as it did within less than a year. We have had multiple error notifications from the first few months of ownership. I am requesting that a Sam sung representative Contact me ASAP because this is a design flaw, and it is going to continue to happen and this needs to be addressed.

It's always frustrating when a new product starts throwing error messages when you've barely had a chance to use it and I would be delighted to provide assistance. Please also include what error messages you've been getting along with if you've had any repairs done on the fridge.
