Hello,

We purchased a Samsung RS22T5201SG approximately five months ago, and we are now experiencing this exact issue with the ice maker.

The unit is receiving water, and ice is clearly forming in the tray; however, it will not drop the ice into the bucket. We have already taken several troubleshooting steps, including replacing the ice maker, confirming adequate water pressure (8 oz in 10 seconds), resetting the unit multiple times, and verifying the freezer temperature is set to 14ยฐF. This issue first began after replacing the water filter, and despite waiting over 24 hours, the problem persists.

At this point, it is extremely frustrating to have a relatively new appliance fail to perform such a basic function, especially after completing all recommended troubleshooting steps.

Please advise on a definitive solution or next steps to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
