Hello has anyone had their gas oven oven warmer stay on? I have tried unplugging it nd nothing helps

Good afternoon and welcome to the community @fjenn7! I certainly understand how aggravating this can be and would be delighted to assist you! With the power cycle not working to turn the drawer off, this would require a service tech to come out and see what's going on exactly. 

 

You have a couple of options based on your warranty. 

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up. 
- If you're within the one-year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

I have not, that sounds like you need to call a repair shop.

I would turn off the gas supply to the stove/oven. Contact Samsung if still under warranty.
