KitchenComplaint Against Samsung Electronics
I am filing a complaint against Samsung Electronics regarding a defective oven/range that I purchased in December 2025.
From the second day of ownership, the touchscreen on the unit failed to function properly. I immediately contacted Samsung support and requested service. A technician was sent to my home and replaced the control panel; however, within a few days, the issue returned and the touchscreen stopped working again.
Samsung sent another technician, who temporarily restored functionality, but the touchscreen failed again within hours. Since then, I have made repeated attempts to resolve the issue through Samsungโs customer support. I have been told multiple times that my case has been โescalatedโ and that I would receive a callback within 24โ48 hours. These callbacks have never occurred.
Additionally:
Service appointments have been promised but not fulfilled.
My calls are now being disconnected or unanswered.
Text-based support has gone completely unresponsive.
When calling from different phone numbers, I receive the same unfulfilled promises of callbacks.
To make matters worse, the stove is now developing an additional issue: one of the top heating elements is failing. I have reported this as well, but have received no assistance.
I have video documentation clearly showing the touchscreen malfunction and the appliance defects.
At this point, I no longer have confidence in this product or in Samsungโs ability to repair it. I am requesting a full replacement or refund so that I may purchase a reliable appliance.
This has been an ongoing issue since December, and the lack of response and failure to honor warranty service is unacceptable.
Desired Resolution:
Full refund or replacement of the defective unit
Immediate contact from a qualified representative to resolve this
