I switch the thing to "Cool" and the AC won't go below 75ยฐ
The apps only options are "Auto" (which goes to AI Comfort) "Fan" (I'm looking to get cold air in my room not room temperature) and "AI" which INSIST that I enjoy my room at 80ยฐ
Any time I lower the temperature, the AC turns BACK to AI Comfort which is as hot.
Thats the problem, "auto" activates the Ai comfort feature, so avoid that setting. Set the setting to "cool" and adjust it to the temperature you want.
The AI mode is designed to learn user preferences and adjust settings automatically. If you want to maintain a specific temperature, manually set it after switching modes.
If the air conditioner keeps reverting to AI Comfort, try unplugging it to reset it, then plug the AC back in. May also be due to insufficient user data or settings. Disconnecting the wifi may help.
